I believe that a really good fresh batch of balsamic vinaigrette has healing powers over the mind and body.
In other food-related news, I hear from an acquaintance in Paris that Pierre Herme's December macaron had a delayed debut and comes out on Wednesday. Foie gras and chocolate.
