It's not an easy color - I think yellow tends to look ravishing on brunettes who have a little olive in their skin tone - Asian, Latina, Spanish, German, etc. They glow in yellow. I'm a brunette but my skin is very fair - but with pink undertones. When I get dark circles under my eyes they're very blue because the skin is so translucent. So blue that most yellow-based concealers turn them green. So unless it's summer and I've got at least a little tan going, bright yellow is right out.

Thomas could do it - he's got nearly black hair and is pretty tan. Texan boy.
